Seirus Innovation Launches the Silverton™ Backcountry Glove

San Diego, CA (December 11, 2017) – Seirus is excited to announce the launch of the Silverton™ Component Glove. This shell-concept glove is designed specifically for the backcountry enthusiast. The Silverton™ is a dual-component glove consisting of a highly breathable waterproof outer shell coupled with an insulated insert designed for hands that go downhill, as well as up.

The first Seirus glove to combine military-grade Polartec® Alpha® insulation with Polartec® NeoShell®, the Silverton is purpose-driven in design, keeping skiers and snowboarders dry and warm while earning their turns.

Packed with elements targeted to the end user, the stand-alone outer glove with waterproof NeoShell® and gauntlet cuff offers dexterity, breathability, and protection; it features premium leather and a reinforced thumb crotch to defend against wear and tear. The lightweight inner component glove is perfect for adjusting gear and going up hill. It’s able to stay warm even when wet thanks to 160g of Polartec® Alpha® insulation.

The Silverton™ is further enhanced with Seirus’ industry-leading Soundtouch™ technology, providing touchscreen capability on the coldest days.
