Eagle Creek Announces Carlos Arango as Creeker of the Year 2017

San Diego, CA – Eagle Creek is proud to announce their employees have chosen Carlos Arango as 2017 Creeker of the Year.

A tradition at Eagle Creek since the beginning, but recently revived in 2015, the Creeker of the Year Award recognizes an employee who has made a significant contribution to the brand going above and beyond their daily responsibilities. The Creeker of The Year Award 2017 recipient demonstrates qualities and behaviors that are at the heart and soul of Eagle Creek.

“The thing I love the most about Eagle Creek is the people. I also appreciate the balance of home and work. I know I am a valued part of the team and that my coworkers look out for my health and wellbeing,” said Arango. “When it comes to customer service, I see myself in the customer. Over the past 19 years, I’ve put myself in their shoes to visualize what they need and do my best to get their problem solved as soon as possible. I enjoy everything about customer service and am always learning new things. When I was younger, I was a pretty shy person who was never on the phone. Now I can’t get away from the phone. This job has opened up so many doors for me, both in and out of work. When I was a mere kid, I had a baby and Eagle Creek taught me a lot and helped me through some hard times. They’ve made me a better person, a better husband, and a better father.”
