Chums and Beyond Coastal Promote Andrew Bergquist to West Coast Sales Manager

Bergquist to move from his role in customer service to sales in the western region

Salt Lake City, UT. (June 12, 2018)- Chums, eyewear retainer and outdoor accessory brand, and sister brand Beyond Coastal, award-winning sun care product manufacturer, are pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Bergquist to West Coast Sales Manager.

Bergquist, formally head of customer service at Chums and Beyond Coastal, will now lead sales activations west of the Mississippi. As the West Coast Sales Manager, he will work closely with the company’s six existing rep agencies, who call on specialty outdoor retailers, to sell Chums and Beyond Coastal products. The position engages with retailers and sales reps and coordinates with internal departments to offer customers a superior experience.

Bergquist grew up in the outdoors of Minnesota and followed his love for the mountains to Sun Valley. He now resides in the outdoor epicenter of Salt Lake City. “Chums has treated me very well, and I’ve learned a lot about the company from the ground up, starting as a customer service rep,” said Bergquist. “I’m lucky to have this opportunity and I look forward to the challenges and successes that are sure to follow.”
