UCO Unveils New LED Lighting Options

Three new options offer budget-friendly style, function and FUN

Seattle, WA – July 12, 2018 – UCO knows light. The Seattle-based brand has been crafting quality lighting products for the outdoors since 1971, and each season since has brought new innovation and modern design. This year, UCO is proud to unveil two stylish and budget-friendly new headlamps, along with a compact LED lantern that packs big-time brightness in a small package.

The popular Hundred headlamp gets an upgrade for 2019, with more light output and a lower price. The Hundred features simple push button operation to easily adjust between low, medium and high settings, up to 120 lumens. The optical lens offers independent articulation to direct light exactly where you need it, with a headlamp that sits close to the forehead for a more balanced and comfortable fit. The stylized elastic headband comes in four patterns that set it apart from the rest, and the whole thing weighs just 1.8oz. MSRP: $14.99

The new Beta headlamp builds on the great features of the Hundred, with more lighting power and Hybrid Power Source compatibility. The Beta offers up to 200 lumens, with a simple push button control to switch between low, medium, high and strobe settings. Real wood inlay on the headlamp and four stylized band options add stylish flair, and the compact battery pack is compatible with a Lithium Ion Hybrid Power Source (not included). The Beta is lightweight and easy to store at just 1.8oz. MSRP: $24.99

The Sprout Hangout Lantern is the latest addition to UCO’s Elevated Light line of LED lanterns. The Sprout’s streamlined push button activation can be used to increase or decrease light up to 100 lumens, or switch to a blue LED option. The patent-pending magnetic lanyard hanging system allows for quick attachment and removal, so the light can easily be elevated from above, or placed on a tabletop for traditional use. Powered by three AAA batteries, the Sprout is powerful yet compact enough to put in a pack and go. MSRP: $14.99
