Last Call for Entries: BOGS Design-a-Boot Contest Ends October 9th

Children and adults encouraged to submit artwork for a chance to be featured on a pair of boots

Portland, OR (September 30, 2020) – BOGS, the footwear brand known for innovative materials and original prints, is issuing a final call for all creative adults and children to submit their original artwork for the brand’s bi-annual Design-a-Boot contest. As the October 9^th deadline draws near, fans can send their designs in via email (contest@bogsfootwear.com) or to the Portland offices for a chance to have their artwork inspire a future print featured on the iconic BOGS boot.

With categories for both 18-and-over and under-18, there will be a chance to vote for your favorite print from October 25^th to November 2^nd. We will announce the three winning designers from each age group on November 9^th. The top Grand Prize Winner for each age group will receive a pair of their own custom-designed boots and a $100 gift card. The two Runners-Up for each age group will also receive a pair of boots.

“As a brand known for our vibrant patterns and playful colors we love giving our fans the chance to help inspire new, imaginative artwork for future seasons,” explains David Earle, Marketing Manager for BOGS. “At a time when many are spending more time outside and appreciating nature, it’s been a great outlet to share some inspiration and gratitude.”

The three Design-a-Boot winners from this past spring will see their artwork on boots, and available for purchase at BogsFootwear.com, in just a few weeks. The boots will also be available for retailers to carry in store and online for Fall/Winter 2021. The winning designs include Cactus, Penguins and Rainbow Dots.
