Stromer is Going Live with its First Online Shop in the Netherlands

myStromer AG has set itself the goal of offering customers a high-quality and innovative mobility solution with outstanding riding characteristics with its Speed Pedelecs. With an online shop, the brand is working hand-in-hand with its existing dealer network to offer their customers the additional option of an uncomplicated, modern consumer experience.

Oberwangen, Switzerland (5 April 2024) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Stromer, pioneer in Swiss e-bike technology, is launching its first online shop in the Netherlands for its premium Speed Pedelec e-bikes.

In view of the increasing significance of digital trade and flexibility in the purchasing process, Stromer has decided to open its own online shop in the EU following a pilot project in the USA. This decision is based on the efforts to offer customers an opportunity for uncomplicated shopping: Simply order a Stromer S-Pedelec with the click of the mouse and then conveniently pick it up from your specialist dealer. With the click-and-collect model, Stromer is offering customers the highest degree of comfort while also expanding the brand’s reach.

Digital consumer experience with local expertise and personal customer contact

For a smooth online shopping experience, Stromer is working closely with the existing dealer network. Customers configure and order a Speed Pedelec and choose a Stromer dealer for the pickup and as a service point. They thus receive the best of both worlds: the simplicity of online ordering combined with personal support by an official dealer. Only accessories such as bags, helmets, batteries, etc. are delivered directly to the customer address.
