The Jasper Chukka’s upper features baffled Merino wool, lightly insulated with upcycled salvaged bison fiber. These high-performance natural fibers offer welcome relief for cold or sore feet. The Jasper Chukka’s soft-flex insole features SOLE’s Signature Supportive Shape to combine cushioning comfort with just the right amount of support to relieve tired muscles and reduce pressure on joints and tendons. The insole also has a topsheet of natural cork fabric which feels luxurious next to skin and shares the moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties of the shoe’s upper.

The midsole is ReCORK Recycled Cork, a breakthrough material made from recycled natural wine corks collected through ReCORK’s North American wine cork recycling program, an initiative launched and operated by SOLE. This cork composite is flexible, durable and cushioning, designed to work in tandem with the insole to optimize the foot’s natural motion.

The midsole makes the most of cork’s insulating properties to keep feet warm while you stroll through snowy ski towns. It’s also remarkably lightweight and combines with the soft upper that packs flat, to make the Jasper Chukka an excellent option for replacing the synthetic hut booties in your backcountry pack.
