Registration Spots Opening for Norrøna Adventure’s Two Upcoming Winter Festivals

Norrøna is collaborating with top outdoor brands to host the Norrøna Ice Festival and Norrøna x Gore-Tex Freeride Festival in early 2025

OSLO, Norway (Oct. 11, 2024) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ Norrøna, the four season, family-owned Norwegian manufacturer of premium apparel and gear, is opening additional registration spots for its upcoming Norrøna Ice Festival and Norrøna x Gore-Tex Freeride Festival. The Norrøna Ice Festival will welcome climbing enthusiasts the world-class ice climbing destination of Rjukan for an immersive experience of ice climbing, ski touring and more. Later in the winter, Norrøna and Gore-Tex will offer three days of freeriding, ski touring, clinics and more in the heart of the French Alps. Additional registration spots for the two events will open this Sunday, Oct. 13.

Norrøna Ice Festival

February 6-10, 2025

Norrøna, in collaboration with Scarpa and Petzl, is offering an all-inclusive four-day event to experience the unique world of ice climbing.

Event Highlights:

  • Location: Rjukan, Telemark County, Norway. A world-class destination for ice climbing with over 150 icefalls.
  • Duration: Four days of thrilling activities including ice climbing, ski touring on the Gaustatoppen peak, speed climbing competitions, social gatherings and more.
