Avant Enterprises Enters Electric Bike Market

Avant Enterprises, manufacturer of Aventon, 6KU, and Populo bike brands, announces its entry into the e-bike category.  The six model line will be sold under the Populo brand.

Avant CEO, JW Zhang:  “We are launching this line to lower the barrier of entry for customers wanting alternative commuting solutions, at an affordable price.”

To that point, the Populo Sport will have a suggested retail price of $999.00.  The Populo e-bike line will be available for prospective dealers to view and test ride at the 2016 Interbike Trade Show.  “We are very excited to launch our product line at Interbike 2016.  I highly encourage attendees to visit the demo circuit for a test ride,” said National Sales Manager Robert Dennis.  The Populo Sport will begin shipping to dealers in October, other models will ship starting  in December, 2016.
