Folding 6” Chef’s Knife — We looked carefully at the edge geometry to give us the best hand clearance and contact with the board expected from professional chefs. (Available in 3 & 6 piece sets only)

Folding 10.75” x 9.5” Cutting Board — Our packable folding cutting board is easy to clean and stores neatly into the kit. Turn any flat surface into your chopping block. (Available in 3 & 6 piece sets only)

Folding 6” Fillet Knife — The key to a great fillet knife is a thin flexible blade to make sharp clean cuts. The open frame design makes the large knives easy to clean.

Folding Parer & Peeler with Fish Scaler — For small tasks, we combined a paring knife with a peeler and even snuck in a fish scaler. It’s the perfect prep tool for the camp kitchen or RV.

Folding Camp Utensil — The Camp Utensil has a spoon, knife and fork. Of course, no design is complete without a bottle opener.
