An Aspen resort is fed up with a brand for using its grounds for a photo shoot and is now taking it to court

The long-running Aspen Skiing Company has sued a luxury fashion brand called Perfect Moment for allegedly misleading customers into thinking the two companies are related, which includes posting photos of influencers on resort property on its social media channels.

The federal suit, filed last week, alleges “trademark infringement, false association and/or false endorsement, and unfair competition” against London-based Perfect Moment, which was founded in 1984 and vends ski apparel and other items for women, men, and kids. BI
