Premium BUBBA Electric Knife Sets the Bar for Motor Speed, Torque, Quality & Handling

We also increased battery capacity by nearly 28%, equipping our EFK with the longest runtime on the market.”

The BUBBA Lithium Ion Electric Fillet Knife is made entirely from parts designed in-house by the brand’s product development team, which identified and executed opportunities to improve upon standard electric fillet knife designs. In doing so, BUBBA has produced an EFK that yet again sets the bar for motor speed, torque, construction quality, and handling.

In addition to an ergonomically designed trigger and trigger guard, the Lithium Ion EFK features the iconic BUBBA non-slip grip, designed for best-in-class safety and ease while filleting. These handle elements combine to ensure a level of handling and comfort that is unmatched in the electric fillet knife category. The Bubba Lithium Ion EFK comes standard with a set of four high-carbon stainless steel blades in varying sizes, each one coated in Titanium Nitride for increased corrosion resistance and smooth cutting. Also included are two Lithium Ion Batteries that deliver the longest run time on the market, and a charging cable, all of which fit easily into a premium EVA-molded carrying case.
