The predecessor of the snowboard, a snow surfing sled is a monoski, ridden like a snowboard, but with no binding. First invented by Sherman Poppen in the winter of 1965 for his two adventurous daughters, Coalition Snow is proud to be bringing back this iconic snowsports equipment with the desire to get more people, of all ages, playing-in and loving the snow this winter.
