DICK’S Agrees to Acquire Moosejaw From Walmart

Moosejaw’s tenure as a Walmart holding will soon come to an end, its soon-to-be owner announced today.

DICK’S Sporting Goods agreed to acquire the Michigan-based company from Walmart. With the acquisition, the mainstream sports-focused DICK’S figures to expand its outdoor sports portfolio, which currently focuses on its 2021-launched Public Lands stores. Gear Junkie
