Forsake Introduces Two New Styles to their Performance Knit Collection for Spring 2020

Boston, MA – June 18, 2019 – Forsake, creator of footwear that blends comfort, performance and style through functional design and practical technology, announced today that it will be adding two new styles to the brand’s performance knit collection for Spring 2020. Rounding out the Spring 2019 introduction of VentureKnit^TM, the new Meridian and Cascade styles for men and women will provide a full range of breathable footwear for everyday adventure.

“After the launch of VentureKnit in Spring 2019, we wanted to introduce a product that was extremely easy to slip on and off, the Meridian improves upon the concept of a travel shoe” said Jack Knoll, Forsake Marketing Director. “Additionally, we’re thrilled to introduce a vegan shoe into the line. The Cascade is the first Forsake shoe that uses durable alternatives to leather.”

Spring 2020 Collection Highlights

Meridian – MSRP $100.00                                      

A slip-on that thrives from the airport to the trail, the Meridian combines maximum breathability and casual styling. VentureKnit™, 3D stretch mesh, and a floating microfiber upper maintains structural support, while holding the webbing that forms the lace eyelets in place.  The nylon laces feed through webbing which is anchored through the midsole, providing a secure fit with  lightweight construction. The Peak-to-Pavement^TMoutsole provides stability, while the compression EVA midsole, dual density footbed, and quick-drying antimicrobial mesh liner offer comfort.

Cascade – MSRP $110.00

Built for exploring, the Cascade is an everyday hiker that delivers comfort and support on every type of terrain. The Cascade is constructed with a breathable mesh upper, a waterproof/breathable membrane, antimicrobial mesh lining, and taped seams. The dual density footbed, internal EVA midsole, and Peak-to-Pavement® outsole provide comfort and stability.  Added bonus – the Cascade is a vegan shoe.

 The Spring 2020 Men’s and Women’s collections will debut to trade at Outdoor Retailer this week (visit booth # 51152-UL) and will be available to consumers in February.
