HitchFire launches the category with the Forge 15 model, named for its double high-output 7,500 BTU propane burners. Running off the ubiquitous 1lb propane cannisters, the Forge 15 is made of rugged powder-coat steel built on a stout tubular frame to withstand the abuses of the pavement and trail. The grill is designed to be used either on the hitch with the sturdy swing out arm, or removed and used for table top use. It’s easy to feed a family or groups of friends who can all be fed from the 355 square inches of grilling space – holding up to a whopping 14 burgers at a time.
