Hydro Flask® to Create European Office and Announcement of European Managing Director

Bend, Oregon (April 18, 2016) – Hydro Flask, the award-winning leader in high-performance, insulated stainless steel flasks now in the Housewares segment of Helen of Troy Limited (NASDAQ, NM: HELE), has appointed David Ledouble as its European Managing Director to head up its European Office. This follows the decision by the company to branch out into Europe following its success in the US.

Ledouble leaves his Director of Sales role at Black Diamond in Switzerland where he worked for 11 years. Based in Basel, Switzerland, he will head up Hydro Flask’s European sales office as well as being responsible for the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities will include setting up and leading the EU operations in Basel, developing the current business and establishing new agents in the countries where Hydro Flask is not yet represented.
