Icebug Debuts New Trail Collection for Spring 2017

Bellingham, WA (July 18^th, 2016)- Icebug is proud to debut their new Trail collection for spring 2017. Designed for those who love the outdoors and are looking for shoes to help them explore it. With new lightweight upper materials, low drop heights, and cushioned midsoles, the Trail collection features a range of shoes built to handle wherever your adventure takes you.

The Trail collection features Rubber 9 Extreme, Icebug’s proprietary rubber compound, which sets a new standard in traction with durability. RB9X has been proven to outgrip the competition, but still match the durability of an asphalt running shoe and offers superior traction reliability in wet and slippery conditions.

Zeal3 RB9X
For the trail running and OCR enthusiast, this shoe can handle any obstacle in its way. The Zeal3 has a newly redesigned specific rubber/TPU sole that works to further improve a runner’s stride in all conditions. Equipped with the amazing RB9X rubber compound, the shoe provides top tier traction. The Zeal3 also features our unique HGMS2 midsole that “wraps” the foot for stability, cushioning and support.  The height of the extremely soft and comfortable heel cup is slightly reduced at the center back in order to relieve the Achilles tendon from pressure. Oribi RB9X
New for 2017, the Oribi takes trail running to the masses! This new shoe features a welded, low seam upper for comfort, control and durability. The midsole features a contoured shape that cups the heel and flexes naturally with every step. We also added a new “rock plate” and internal energy plate to add stability and spring to each step! All coupled with our patented RB9X rubber and newly designed tread pattern make this shoe ideal for all levels of trail runners and walkers looking for an unbelievably super lightweight shoe.
