Pearce’s experience in media relations, public relations, marketing and management specifically in the hunting and outdoor recreation space perfectly aligns with the focus and expertise of Idea Ranch. Previously serving as Senior Public Relations Account Manager for Backbone Media in Carbondale, Colorado, Pearce was instrumental in leading PR efforts for Sitka Gear, Maven Optics, Bushnell, Primos, Gold Tip and Federal Ammunition. He also has experience providing PR support for YETI, Gerber, OnX, Big Agnes and Smartwool.
