With over 8 years in the environmental industry, Callie brings a wealth of expertise in education, conservation research, sales and marketing. Passionate about outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship, Callie will elevate iKamper’s customer service experience and showcase iKamper’s cutting-edge products. Outside of the office, Callie enjoys hiking, backcountry skiing and coastal strolls with her dog, Avalanche.

Kara Thrift, Marketing Manager

In her capacity as the Marketing Manager at iKamper, Kara Thrift leverages an extensive background in marketing, cultivated over several years of orchestrating successful campaigns and strategic initiatives in the Outdoor and Overland sectors. Aligned seamlessly with iKamper’s mission, Kara’s passion for the outdoors establishes an authentic connection with the community, rooted in her immersive familiarity and hands-on involvement. As Marketing Manager, Kara will further cultivate iKamper’s expanding community and elevate iKamper’s brand presence, drawing upon her seasoned expertise in the outdoor industry.

Matthew Kim, Financial Controller

Matthew Kim brings extensive accounting and finance experience from the manufacturing industry to his new role at iKamper. With a background in business banking, he excels in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, demonstrating strategic acumen in planning, variance analyses, risk management and broader departmental oversight. Outside of work, Matthew is a dedicated college football fan and enjoys hiking adventures with his spouse, emphasizing a commitment to work-life balance.
