The selected independent reps will be required to have an established dealer network of independent shops and/or national chains, and to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. They will visit accounts regularly to check inventory, show new products, and secure new orders, as well as open new accounts in their assigned region(s). The representatives will also be expected to attend the Outdoor Retailer show and other promotional events, and to become extremely knowledgeable on the product offerings versus the competition.
