KOA Sold to Investor for $15M

An out-of-town investor paid $15 million for the KOA Holiday Campground on Baldwin County 99 in Lillian, according to Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty, who handled the transaction. The 20-acre site includes frontage on Perdido Bay. The new owner plans to upgrade the current facilities and expand the park with more high-end pad sites. AL
