Oregon Youth Outreach Joins The Conservation Alliance

Bend, Ore., (October 19, 2017) — The Conservation Alliance today welcomes its newest member, Oregon Youth Outreach, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth to make positive, lasting changes that help them become happy, healthy, successful adults.
“I’m a longtime admirer of The Conservation Alliance and the work they do,” said Kristie Focht, Executive Director of Oregon Youth Outreach. “I’m very excited for the opportunity to become a member.”
This new partnership will continue to help support and bolster The Conservation Alliance’s efforts to fund conservation organizations working to protect North America’s last wild spaces. Though the support of Conservation Alliance member companies, the organization has helped protect 50 million acres, 2,991 river miles, removed or halted 29 dams, purchased 12 climbing areas and designated five marine reserves.
