Seasoned human resources executive to head up Osprey's talent management, recruiting & retention, compliance, and management development

In this newly formed position, Rich will lead the Human Resources team including talent management, recruiting and retention, compliance, and management development.

Rich is a seasoned global human resources executive with experience in both manufacturing and technology companies. Previous to joining Osprey, Rich served as Chief People Officer at Cherwell Software and prior to that served as SVP of Human Resources at P2 Energy Solutions, Chief People Officer at PROS, SVP of Human Resources at RightNow, and SVP of Human Resources at Time Warner Telecom.
