Patagonia Prevails in Nordstrom Lawsuit

Patagonia settled a counterfeiting lawsuit on May 15 with Nordstrom after filing the accusation against the retailer in federal court on May 30, 2023.

The suit alleged that Nordstrom sold “thousands of counterfeit Patagonia sweatshirts and t-shirts” through its Nordstrom Rack stores, in the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

According to the Stipulation of Dismissal court filing, Patagonia dismissed the lawsuit against Nordstrom after the parties signed a settlement agreement. SGB Media
