REI adds Colorado store to list of 2024 openings

REI Co-op is adding a new location to its list of stores planned for 2024.

The specialty outdoor retailer will open a 23,000 sq.-ft. store in Loveland, Colo. this summer, joining nine other locations in the state. In January, REI detailed plans to open 10 new stores in 2024, including locations in New York, Arizona, Oregon and more.

Located at The Marketplace at Centerra shopping center, the new REI store will offer a wide assortment of outdoor gear and expertise for camping, cycling, running, fitness, hiking, paddling, climbing and more. For those who enjoy biking and snow sports, certified mechanics will staff a full-service bike and ski shop. CSA
