SCARPA North America promotes Sarah Fansler to Direct Sales Manager

In her new role, Fansler will oversee digital customer service team, manage site functionality.
BOULDER, Colo. – SCARPA North America this week promoted Sarah Fansler, who has worked at the brand for the past three years, to Direct Sales Manager. In her new role, Fansler will work to elevate customers’ online experience and engagement with the SCARPA brand by directing website functionality and overseeing the digital customer service team.
Fansler’s promotion follows the May launch of a new SCARPA North America website with tools and features designed to more effectively convey the brand’s history, heritage and products. Fansler was deeply involved with the site launch.
“Sarah has done an amazing job since she joined the SCARPA sales team,” said Mark Mathews, SCARPA North America VP of Sales. “She has very much earned this promotion. We look forward to seeing her step up into this elevated role and continue to support customer interaction via our new website, and help drive SCARPA sales across all channels.”
Fansler is also a 2017 graduate of the Skip Yowell Future Leadership Academy, a six-month Outdoor Industry Assocation program designed to help prepare, unite and amplify the voice of future outdoor industry leaders.
