Ski Kare Has New Owners

Ski Kare, LLC, the largest distributor of Vola Racing Waxes in the United States, was acquired by Kyle and Rachel Kucin. Gifford Hoback, the former owner, will continue to work for the company in a consulting and manufacturing capacity.

Ski Kare said it will continue to offer products for retail sales and the needs of service and boot fitting departments within ski and snowboard shops across the U.S., with inventory moved to Minnesota to have a central shipping and receiving location. SGB
