Spartan Trail partners with Pacific Coast Trail Runs for first standalone trail event in California

A new venue for a pure trail running experience in the majestic redwoods of the Santa Cruz mountains around the beautiful town of Saratoga in California.

BOSTON (October 12, 2020) – Following its ascent on the trail running community, the 2021 Spartan Trail US Series Presented By CRAFT announces the first ever brand standalone trail event in San Jose (California) in partnership with the renowned event organizing company from the Bay Area, Pacific Coast Trail Runs. The race is aimed for runners from beginners to experienced, holding distances of 10k, Half Marathon, and an ultratrail of 50k, in a two day event on February 19 & 20 of 2021.

With the experience of Pacific Coast Trail Runs and their team, challenging courses will be created with the spectacular surroundings of the Santa Cruz mountains natural environment, ready to provide an unforgettable experience to the trail running community. Additionally, trail work weekends will be held approaching the event date, supporting the fire affected areas helping them shine again, and also bring awareness to the trail community.
