Stio® Maintains Momentum in Retail Success, Unveils Bozeman as Tenth Mountain Studio® Location

The Jackson Hole brand will open its first storefront in Montana in fall 2023

JACKSON, Wyo. (March 14, 2023) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Stio, the mountain lifestyle brand headquartered in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is excited to announce Bozeman, Montana as its tenth Mountain Studio location. Expected to open in fall of 2023, the new Rocky Mountain West storefront will be located in the heavily-trafficked downtown area of Bozeman at 233 East Main Street. The expansion comes as Stio recently opened its newest East Coast location in Boston and is preparing to open its first-ever California Mountain Studio in South Lake Tahoe on March 24th.

As a neighboring mountain town to Stio’s headquarters in Jackson Hole, Bozeman has consistently been a rapidly growing e-commerce market for the brand. That, combined with Bozeman’s incredibly outdoor driven community surrounded by multiple ski resorts, extensive trail systems, and rivers and waterways, has made the mountain town a top location for bringing the Stio brand to life.

“It took some time to find the right location for our Bozeman Mountain Studio and we are excited about where we landed,” said Megan Odom, Director of Retail at Stio. “Our Main Street location provides customers the ease of shopping our store en route to and from Bridger Bowl or on their way to the many other outdoor adventures offered in the Gallatin Valley.”

In the past year alone, Stio has doubled its number of Mountain Studio locations. The announcement of its Bozeman Mountain Studio serves as a significant milestone for the brand as it propels its retail channel into double digit numbers. Stio has plans to continue to expand its nationwide presence with three to four new Mountain Studio openings each year in the near future.
