Sweet Protection Welcomes Mike Erwin as New Sales Manager for North America

The Norwegian brand synonymous with premium action sports protection gears up for growth in 2017

Trysil, Norway (March 7, 2017) – Sweet Protection, Norwegian developers of premium helmets, protective gear and technical clothing for the ski, whitewater and mountain bike markets, welcomes Mike Erwin as the new Sales Manager for North America. With an extensive background in the outdoor industry, Erwin’s expertise in leading profit-generating operations will bolster sales across all three categories.

Building on a strong and enduring North American presence as a leader in whitewater helmets and apparel, Sweet is now expanding its reach into the snow sports and mountain bike markets. Erwin will be tasked with driving growth in North America and providing outstanding sales support to all Sweet sales reps and dealers.

For over ten years, the Colorado born and raised Erwin has helped drive sales for many notable outdoor brands such as Zeal Optics, DC Shoes and K2 Sports, where he spent seven years as the territory manager for Ride Snowboards. His sales experience matched with his passion for the mountains will allow for an effective partnership.
