October 31, 2022
The Fall #WeKeepItWild campaign will run from October 31-November 6
BEND, Ore. (October 31, 2022) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ From October 31-November 6, participating members are donating 5% of all online sales as part of the organization’s #WeKeepItWild campaign. The coalition of companies participating in the campaign includes: Alpine Provisions, Backpacker’s Pantry, Grayl, Hydro Flask, NEMO Equipment, NOMADIX, NRS, Oboz Footwear, Osprey Packs Inc., Sea to Summit, Teva and UBCO Bikes.
The semi-annual campaign brings together Conservation Alliance members to support the organization and spread the word about the work their contributions benefit. During the sale, consumers can shop their favorite brands while also supporting The Conservation Alliance’s mission to fund and advocate for the protection of North America’s wild places.
“The Conservation Alliance was founded with the belief that collectively we can make a greater impact than we can as individuals, and the #WeKeepItWild campaign is a great example of that,” said Conor McElyea, Director of Membership and Partnerships at The Conservation Alliance. “We’re beyond grateful to this group of member companies for coming together to offer additional support through their participation in this campaign, allowing us to invest in programs that further the impact of our work.”
“Teva was born deep in the wild, on the shores of the Grand Canyon, and believes that we—and all outdoor brands—have a duty and an obligation to help protect the natural world,” says Sarah Carter, Director of Marketing of Teva at Deckers Brands. “We’re proud to participate in the #KeepItWildCampaign to further support The Conservation Alliance’s vital work to preserve the outdoor spaces we all love and enjoy.”
During the We Keep It Wild fundraising campaign last April, online sales from 11 participating member companies helped raise over $50,000 for The Conservation Alliance. Funds raised online from these companies will continue to support the Alliance’s work to fund and advocate for land and water protections across North America.
