Two Retailers Top the Oboz “Nice List”

The Heel and Summit Footwear win Oboz holiday retailer contest

Bozeman, Mont., (December 19, 2023) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – After tallying all the votes, Oboz Footwear, the True to the Trail® outdoor footwear company headquartered in Bozeman, announced that a U.S and a Canadian Oboz retailer have won its “Nice List” holiday contest. Both retailers will receive a $500 account credit and a pizza party for their staff.

The Heel Shoe Fitters in Green Bay, WI, received the most votes for U.S. retailers and Summit Footwear in Invermere, BC, received the most in Canada.

“This is the fourth year we’ve hosted the Retail Nice List holiday contest, and we had such a large increase in participation that we felt it was appropriate to name two winners: one in Canada and one in the US,” said Abigail Cook, Oboz Marketing and ESG Manager. “Congratulations to The Heel Shoe Fitters and Summit Footwear, and thanks to all the Oboz fans who showed their love for them and all our retail partners this holiday season.”

Starting Monday, December 11, through Friday, December 15, 2023, fans nominated and voted for their favorite Oboz retailers via Obozfootwear.com and comments on Instagram and Facebook. Over 370 retailers were nominated to the Nice List this year. In the contest’s first year, 30 retailers were nominated with The Heel Shoe Fitters also winning that year. Last year, Jax Outdoor Gear in Ames, IA, was the Nice List winner.
