This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Sea to Summit’s European expansion plans.
Sea to Summit has entered into an agreement, effective February 1, 2024, to acquire Cirdan AS, a prominent distributor with a strong foothold in the Nordic region. With Head Office in Lorenskog, Norway, Sales Office in Stockholm, Sweden and an Agent Office in Helsinki, Finland, Cirdan employs a team of 9 staff who have been instrumental in distributing Sea to Summit outdoor equipment on the sport and outdoor markets for almost 20 years. Additionally, Cirdan also distributes renowned brands such as Jetboil, Nalgene, and Lifestraw.
