Vermont Overland Introduces The Overland TROPHY for 2025 with Movemint Series

Movemint, a modern technology platform for endurance events, is thrilled to announce its new partnership with Vermont Overland, an endurance event that promotes adventure travel while also supporting the local communities of Vermont that make these events possible. This collaboration marks a bold step forward in creating seamless, athlete-focused registration experiences for one of the most celebrated weekends in outdoor endurance racing.

Starting January 1, 2025, Vermont Overland will transition its registration platform to Movemint, offering participants a cleaner, more intuitive system with lower transaction fees than traditional platforms. The move underscores Vermont Overland’s commitment to quality, accessibility, and sustainability.

A Big Weekend Gets Bigger

More sports are better than one. In 2025, Vermont Overland will host a reimagined Overland weekend with The Overland TROPHY – a combined run-bike challenge for athletes. The event weekend gets a scheduling change with The Overland Bike event on Sunday, August 24, and now The Overland Run event on the preceding Saturday, August 23.

Participants who take on The Overland TROPHY will be ranked on a unique leaderboard that combines their times across both events with prizes, including custom Vermont Overland awards and the ultimate bragging rights.

To participate in The Overland TROPHY challenge, athletes must complete both events, which means registering for the Series on Movemint. Series are collections of events on Movemint where athletes can sign up for all at once. Athletes can still participate separately in The Overland Bike and The Overland Run events.
