Rob Leo Joins Oboz Footwear as VP of Finance

Bozeman, Mont., (November 16, 2022)/OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Oboz Footwear, the True to the Trail® outdoor footwear company headquartered in Bozeman, has hired Rob Leo as its VP of Finance. Leo joins Oboz from Skullcandy Inc.

“Rob brings a wealth of knowledge, great ideas and enthusiasm to our finance team,” said Amy Beck, Oboz Footwear president. “At Skullcandy Rob worked in a very different market than ours and we look forward to him applying some of the skills and understandings from that experience to our unique retail landscape.”

Leo spent over twelve years at Skullcandy, where he held various positions in the finance department. Most recently he was the Director, Finance & Treasury, a role he held for the past three years.

“I was drawn to Oboz not only by the success they have been enjoying, but also by their corporate culture and the Bozeman outdoor community,” said Leo. “I look forward to helping Oboz continue on its growth trajectory and enjoying some turns up at Bridger along the way.”

Leo, an avid hiker and snowboarder, and his wife recently moved to Bozeman for the position.
