National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Selects Alli Lambert as New Vice President of Advancement

Top donor relations and advancement executive brings over two decades of experience and is slated to start September 1, 2024, after an extensive and competitive national search
LANDER, Wyo. – Aug. 20, 2024 /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alli Lambert as its Vice President of Advancement. Lambert, selected among a competitive field of candidates and extensive national search, brings over two decades of experience in college and university fundraising initiatives and campaigns. She is to begin on September 1, 2024.
Lambert brings over two decades of advancement experience, and she has spearheaded major fundraising efforts and successful donor relations from small liberal arts colleges to large public universities. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer at Colby College, providing strategic leadership as part of the school’s $1B Dare Northward campaign, driving the giving strategy, and directing the operations of a large, high-performing advancement team.
Before Colby College, Lambert served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President of the University of Vermont Foundation, where she led a team to raise $120 million for a mix of capital and funding needs, one of the foundation’s most successful fundraising years. She also has held previous senior leadership roles at the University of California, Riverside, and Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

As the Vice President of Advancement, Lambert will lead the organization’s fundraising efforts, donor relations, and strategic partnerships to ensure continued excitement and passion for the historic excellence and transformational experience associated with NOLS.

Alli has a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and a Master in Education from Endicott College.
