Romp Skis Announces Captivating New Graphics by Local Colorado Artists for their Romp Ready and Custom Ski Lines
October 2, 2024
Crested Butte, Co. (October 2, 2024) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ Romp Skis, makers of handmade custom and stock skis, is excited to announce beautiful new graphics by local Colorado artists for their Romp Ready and Custom skis. Artists Marley Seifert, Sophia Mace, and Zach Bauer were selected as Romp’s artists of choice and incorporate topsheets that distill the brand’s mission of creative design and to make skiing more fun.
Marley Seifert’s artwork can be found on the Romp Ready ski line, including the Shepherd and Zorro. She is a self taught artist based out of Leadville, Colorado. When not creating, you’ll find her outside basking in everything the outdoors has to offer. Like the graphics on the Romp Ready line, her paintings are based on her outdoor experiences. “Art is something we are all connected to and surrounds us everyday. It can take us to a moment, feeling, or memory – I want to capture those moments we have all experienced,” said Marley.
Sophia Mace is from Boise, Idaho, but now resides in the Gunnison Valley. Her artwork is now an option for Romp’s custom ski graphics including a shop favorite, the mountain goat. Sophia’s love and passion for the outdoors influences her art and photography. Her biggest goal with both of her mediums is to simply get people to fall in love with the outdoors all over again in a new, exciting and colorful way, and this can definitely be seen in her topsheet artwork.
Zach Bauer was born and raised in Colorado, and moved to the Gunnison Valley in 2004. His artwork can also be found as a custom topsheet option, including the beautiful Mountains Sketch graphic. An avid lover of the outdoors, his adventures help indicate his art. He can often be found on the ski slopes or mountain bike trails with a pen and sketchbook in hand. Zach is also a Plien air painter when the weather allows, teaches classes at the CB Center for the Arts, and is a member of the Artists of Crested Butte.
