Curbside pickup: WizWheelz launches ambitious drop-ship program for dealers and trikers amid COVID-19 pandemic

An abundance of caution meets an abundance of open road

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — To support dealers and consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the WizWheelz family of brands is extending a special drop-ship program for TerraTrike, GreenSpeed and KMX Karts. This program addresses the needs of customers who do not wish to visit a dealer as well as those dealers that have temporarily closed their doors as a cautionary measure.

“The safety and continued good health of the triking community, including retailers, is the top priority of WizWheelz,” said WizWheelz Director of Sales and Marketing Marshall Randall. “If it’s safe and responsible for people to get out of the house for a ride without compromising social distance and best practices, then we want to do everything in our power to make that happen. And let’s face it … there’s not a lot of traffic out there right now, so the riding should be terrific.”

The WizWheelz drop-ship program aims to help dealers serve consumers without compromising safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Trikes will be fully assembled and sent directly to the consumer. Direct-ship orders will be billed to the dealer using normal payment terms. Shipping lead times will vary based on build volume and will be completed based on the date of order received at WizWheelz.
