TerraTrike introduces three new models at Philly Bike Show
October 25, 2017
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (October 25, 2017) — TerraTrike, a pioneer in the comfort cycling category, will debut three new recumbent trikes at Philly Bike Expo, November 4-5, 2017 (Booth #2029-2032). The new trikes will be the Rambler E.V.O. (Electric Vehicle Option), the Rambler All Terrain (AT), and the Gran Tourismo.
“Looking at these three models, you really get a sense of what’s possible on a TerraTrike – touring, commuting, off-roading, or just cruising in comfort,” said Jeff Yonker, marketing director at TerraTrike. “They are much more capable than people sometimes think.”
All three models will be available for test rides at the show. Here’s a closer look at the new offerings:
- Rambler E.V.O. ($3499) – Equipped with a cutting edge 750-watt 5-phase motor from Falco and 60 miles of assisted range, the new electric-assist Rambler E.V.O. will energize the most mundane ride – whether that’s a few blocks down to the farmer’s market or a 20-mile commute. Two years in development, the E.V.O. is a monument TerraTrike’s innovative spirit and attention to detail. More info at: www.terratrike.com/evo.php
- Rambler All Terrain ($2399) – TerraTrike’s Rambler AT was built to go where the pavement ends. Sporting 24” Schwalbe Smart Sam tires for added traction and Avid BB7 disc brakes for superior stopping power, the AT is ideal for taking the backway home. Load it up with gear using some of TerraTrike’s new Storage Solutions Collection (also on display at Booth #2029-2032) and watch the miles of dirt roads fly by. - Gran Tourismo ($1999-$2399) – The perfect trike for long distance journeys where performance and comfort are crucial, the Gran Tourismo (GT) is the result of over 20 years of innovation. The GT features a new frame design, exceptional vibration dampening, more heel clearance for easier pedaling and entry, and a triangulated rear end that improves efficiency with every pedal stroke. Offered in sparkle gold and sky blue with limited edition colors periodically available. More info at: www.terratrike.com/gt.php
“There’s always a lot of great innovations at the Philly Bike Expo,” said Yonker, “and we look forward to contributing to that vibe.”
