Camping World Holdings Announces Separate Lawsuits

Good Sam Enterprises LLC. has filed a lawsuit against RV Advisor LLC and Gigi Stetler for trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices. In a separate announcement, FreedomRoads Holding Company LLC filed a lawsuit against Steve Weissmann, president of RV vehicle manufacturer Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, to collect money due under the terms of a consolidated secured promissory note, which the defendant personally guaranteed.
