Clarus to Buy Australia’s Rhino-Rack for $198 Million

Clarus Corp. on Tuesday said it agreed to buy Rhino-Rack Pty. Ltd., an Australia-based maker of automotive roof racks and other accessories, for about $198 million in cash and stock. The Salt Lake City, Utah, maker of outdoor equipment and lifestyle products said the consideration includes $150 million in cash and about 2.3 million shares. Marketwatch
