Go Anywhere, Do Anything Premium Outdoor Optics and Accessories Now Available in Brave New Colors
ALPINE MEADOWS, Calif. – February 16, 2023 /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Nocs Provisions, maker of adventure-ready binoculars, monoculars, and accessories, today announces the launch of its new Voyager Collection, a fresh new take on the brand’s expanding line of premium outdoor optics. Available now on Nocsprovisions.com, in REI and retailers nationwide.
The latest collection reflects Nocs’ Californian roots and the ethos of seeing the world from a new perspective, and ventures into a visual aesthetic previously unseen in the optics world with brilliant, vivid colors inspired by our natural surroundings. Each piece in the Nocs range is crafted with a grippy handfeel and superb durability while at the same time offering unmatched optical quality in a compact form factor.
The Voyager Collection features seven new colorways across the range of Nocs’ bestselling Standard Issue 8×25 and 10×25 waterproof binocular and the Zoom Tube 8×32 monocular. The new collection also features three new Tapestry Straps, which add a pop of color to any outdoor setup while also providing extra security and comfort for carrying Nocs binoculars.
The binocular that put Nocs on the map, the Standard Issue 8×25 and 10×25 waterproof binoculars are built to be taken along for the ride, whether literally on the dashboard or thrown in the pocket of a backpack for a hike, backyard bird watching session, sightseeing in the city or a jaunt to the beach. The fully multi-coated lenses and BaK4 roof prisms produce the brightest image, so each view is extra crisp. Completely waterproof (IPX7 certified) and fog proof, the Standard Issue binoculars are made to be taken everywhere. The Voyager collection includes the Standard Issue – now with color across every piece of the binocular – available with the 8×25 in Glacier Blue, Canary Yellow, and Deep Slate Grey, and with the 10×25 in Olive Green and Manzanita Red. MSRP: $95
Now available in Tahitian Blue, Cardinal Red, and Deep Slate Gray, the Zoom Tube monocular is the ultimate lightweight exploration tool. Small enough to pack for any excursion, yet with optics that pack a serious punch. With a wide field of view (384ft @ 1000 yds / 7.3º) the Zoom Tube allows you to see an extremely wide range while maintaining a close focus of 2M (7ft) for viewing nature’s smaller details. This monocular is great for backcountry adventures where every inch of space is helpful. Rugged and water-resistant, the Zoom Tube is built to get out deep into the field and help explore your surroundings. MSRP: $75.
Now available in Chevron, Flora, and Maze styles, the Woven Tapestry Strap is like your favorite pair of jeans: the more you wear it, the better it gets. Featuring a woven jacquard material crafted from dyed cotton, each Tapestry Strap is soft to the touch and stays true. It’s adjustable, stylish, and secure – so taking in the view feels that much better. MSRP $27.
“Since day one Nocs has been about encouraging people to get outside and explore the world around them, and the Voyager Collection – which represents the changing seasons and the beautiful tones found in the flora and fauna around us – gives people even more opportunity to express their style and explore,” said Nocs Provisions founder and CEO, Chris McKleroy. “Our boldest color tones have traditionally been our best sellers, and we’ve further leaned into this color aesthetic by incorporating a balance of color across the product, from the eyecups to the diopter to the focus wheel.”
All Nocs Provisions optics are crafted for durability and each product is covered by the brand’s “No Matter What” lifetime warranty. Nocs’ optics are shipped in plastic-free, post-consumer recycled shipper boxes printed with soy ink. Since day one, Nocs has been a member of 1% for the Planet, and also supports Feminist Bird Club, Hike Clerb, She Jumps, Intersectionalist Environmentalist, and Trips for Kids Marin, a non profit that provides kids in communities with limited outdoor access an opportunity to explore nature on bike.
