Paradise Campground Sold for $1.6 Million

The 124.8-acre commercial campground, 6940 Rochester Road, sold to Fireside Lake LLC of Mount Vernon, Ohio. The company incorporated as an LLC two months ago with K&C Agents LLC listed as statutory agent. K&C Agents, LLC is listed at the same address as the law firm of Kidwell & Cunningham Ltd., a company that among its many services offers real estate assistance.

Paradise Lake Park Campground is situated on Conser Run Lake and offers daily, seasonal and extended camping, playgrounds, stocked fishing, boat rentals, swimming and other planned weekend activities, according to the campground website.

The property was owned by Paradise Lake Country Campground Inc., a business registered by Peggy Sue Bachman and Michael Bachman in 2009. Business Journal Daily
