May 15, 2019 – Boulder, CO – Known for their functional, beautiful and attainable camping equipment, Sierra Designs has encouraged wanderlust since 1965, making outdoor adventures more accessible for all.  The heritage brand is excited to announce a partnership with adventure hospitality company Under Canvas—a glamping industry leader that provides safari-inspired accommodations.  

The partnership was established when Under Canvas identified the need to provide their staff with quality outdoor apparel and rainwear. Recognized for their technical ingenuity and premium sleeping bags, Sierra Designs also acknowledged several touch points where they could add additional comfort to guests’ luxury sleep experience. With that in mind, Sierra Designs created co-branded Sierra jackets, rainwear and a specialty Under Canvas and Sierra Designs Frontcountry Bed.

Ideal for lighting the way under starry skies, the specialty Sierra Designs headlamp is powered by a 1200 mAh Lithium rechargeable battery and has a maximum output of 160 lumens. The easy-to-use push-button control allows you to change between 4 modes: high, low, strobe and sensor mode for hands-free usage.
