Stio to Open Mountain Studio® Retail Store in Teton Village

JACKSON, Wyo. (November 2, 2016) – Stio, the Jackson Hole, Wyoming-based mountain apparel brand, today announced it will open a new Stio Mountain Studio™ in Teton Village this holiday season.

The new Stio Mountain Studio® will be located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, in the Hotel Terra complex. Just steps from the resort’s iconic tram, the location provides a venue for direct connection with the avid local and visiting mountain community.

“The new Stio Mountain Studio® marks an important milestone for Stio and demonstrates our commitment to deepening our roots here in Stio’s backyard,” stated CEO/Founder Stephen Sullivan.  “The new location is ideal – right at the base of the iconic mountain where we put our product to the test. We look forward to this Mountain Studio® becoming a hub for local and visiting customers alike.”

The 650-square foot space has been completely renovated to reflect Stio’s unique, modern mountain aesthetic and will carry Stio’s complete Fall/Winter 2016-2017 Collection. Periodic on-mountain product testing will be available to local athletes and visitors, continuing Stio’s efforts to collaborate with customers on the design and construction of its apparel.

The Teton Village Mountain Studio’s uniquely curated shopping experience emulates Stio’s successful Jackson Hole Mountain Studio™ and will also feature product from many of the best brands in the outdoor industry, including Pistil, Hestra, Scarpa, Smith, Croakies, and Sunski. Doors will open in early December 2016.
