Organizations to develop laser shooting devices for Obstacle Sports

Lausanne, Switzerland /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – World Obstacle, Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) and Eko-Aims Oy (Ecoaims) signed an agreement today to develop and introduce a laser shooting device for use in obstacle sports, including obstacle course racing.

This initiative started in 2016 when FISO introduced laser shooting at obstacle course races in the United States, obstacle events in the 2019 South East Asia Games, and collaboration with Spartan Race on championships starting in 2017, including the 2022 Spartan World Championships in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
